II Krakowski Turniej Shōgi

2^nd Cracow Shōgi Tournament

ORGANIZERS

• The Museum of Japanese Art and Technique Manggha 

Date and place of play  

The tournament will take the place in 27 - 29 December 2010 r. as a part of 21^st International Chess Festival Cracovia'09, in Electric  Schools No. 1 in Cracow, ul. Kamińskiego 49 

Scheme of tournament

• The tournament will be played on Swiss system on distance 9 rounds. In case of smaller the participants' number the organizers reserve the system of game to adaptation to the players' quantity, in this the decrease the quantity of rounds.

The competitors can not propose and co-ordinate the draw, and in case of draw according to general principles the party does not be repeat.

•   The Order of places establishes according to quantity of captured points with auxiliary classification in order: average Bucholz, full Bucholz, progression, direct result 

• Each players has 45 min + 30 sec. byo – yomi.

• Entrance fee carries out 30 zł.

The participants of Chess Festival the "Cracovia” which bribed entrance fee there be free of charge from payment.

• Equipment assures organizer.

• List take-off FESA, “KURNIK” establishes on basis of ranking in turn in day 22.12.2010, and it for persons without ranking takes root 1000 pkt.

27.12.2010 godz. 15.00 – opening and round I and II 

28.12.2010 godz.   8.30 - round III, IV 

28.12.2010 godz. 14.00 - rounds V, VI, VII 

29.12.2010 godz.   9.00 - round VIII, IX, end 

Round II, IV, VI, VII, IX will begin 15 minutes after end of previous round.

PRIZES

I place 500 zł and cup 

II place 300 zł 

III place 200 zł 

IV place 100 zł
